'Let Me Fly' Decorative Needlepoint Pillow with Butterfly

'Let Me Fly' is a small needlepoint cushion worked in Paternayan wool on canvas, with a fabric backing.  The butterfly design has a smiling pink face and colorful patches of color in the wings.  The pillow has an edging of crocheted ruffles with orange pom-poms.  A small decorative pillow such as this can be a bright accent on a shelf, or even used as a pincushion.

This is a time when just about everyone needs 'a side gig'.  And from personal experience, I can tell you that one of the most fun and satisfying ways to earn a bit of extra money and even make some new friends, is to teach a class in an artistic skill.  There are so many who prefer to learn from an instructor, and not a book.  And certainly, unless you have a skilled relative with some patience, you are never going to be taught the 'gentle arts' - knitting, sewing, crocheting, embroidery, needlepoint, etc. - in school!  From what I've heard, most schools are trimming music and arts from the budget.  So earn some money and school the world, and this is a useful book to get you started:
