Whatta Birthday / Anniversary / Retirement Cake!

This lovely cake was the toast of the town at our recent birthday / anniversary / retirement party....   The cake was a purchased sheet cake and the skulls were created from the Wilton 3-D skull pan and then decorated with white rosettes and swirls of colored frosting.
