Bee-utiful Beadwork Bracelet

Knowing that bees are endangered in their numbers is a scary thing, so bees have been on my mind a lot lately.  Even in stitching up this beadwork bracelet.  Bead. By. Tiny. Bead.

Promise of Peace Folk Art Beaded Crosses

These handcrafted cross feature lavish beading on a frame of enameled and/or natural wire.  There is beadwork on all surfaces, and the beads are woven into a sturdy, beautiful ornament of faith.  The crosses come with a printed Bible verse and are strung onto 3" cords.

One of my favorite ways to display these is to hang them from a drawer pull or cabinet knob so that each time I open that drawer or door, I see and enjoy it.  The crosses are 3.5" tall and 3" across, so if you add a longer cord or chain, you can also have a bold, beautiful cross necklace!

These crosses are $29.00; but....psssst!  I occasionally offer them at eBay with a starting bid of only $14.00.  They make a great gift of encouragement for yourself, friend, or loved one.

Brighten up the Boardroom, Liven Up Your Note-Taking....

I just listed a beautiful bead-embroidered legal tablet cover. The cover is richly embroidered in beadwork, with a copper thunderbird, and turquoise accents, on faux suede. The cover comes with three new tablets of paper, and is easily refillable with the easy to find tablets. This legal tablet is the 'mini' size: 5x8", yellow lined paper. It's unique and only one of a kind, but I have it listed at two locations: Artfire:

I call this bracelet the 'Frogger' bracelet because it reminds me of the ancient video game Frogger, where the little frogs are trying to cross the road. This tutorial includes instructions and photographs to make your own. The tutorial is available at my Lulu Shop, Artfire, and Bead-patterns.
